Our Story
We’re Sarah and Seth, the team behind Stoneflower. We share a love for estate sales, the thrill of finding and re-homing treasures, and the kind of work that puts people and care at the center. Somewhere between our Craigslist deals, swapping playlists, and art critiques, we realized we’d stumbled into more than a hobby – we’d found a shared calling.
For us, an estate sale isn’t just about liquidating a house. It’s about honoring a family, creating a sense of ease in a difficult season, and giving well-loved things a chance at a new chapter.
Sarah brings creativity, heart, and an instinct for making spaces feel welcoming and meaningful. Seth brings steadiness and compassion, shaped by his years as an oncology nurse walking alongside patients and families through tender times.
Together, we built Stoneflower on the values that matter most to us: compassion, integrity, and hard work. Every sale is a chance to ease a family’s burden and open the door to discovery for those who walk through.
From what remains,
something new unfolds.
We chose the name Stoneflower because it carries both strength and beauty. Stones remind us of resilience and what endures. Flowers remind us of renewal and delight. Together, they reflect the balance we strive for in every estate sale – dignity for the past, care in the present, and possibility for what comes next.
